DEPOSIT & PAYMENTS
- A non-fundable deposit of $150.00 per person reserves space on tour.
- Second payment of $850.00 per person – Payable by Tuesday, March 31, 2026
- Final Payment Due: Monday May 25, 2026. (non-refundable)
CANCELLATION PENALTIES
Cancellations will incur the following penalties:
- From time of deposit to March 30, 2026: $150.00 per person
- March 31 – May 25, 2026: $600.00 per person
- May 26, 2026 – through time of departure: Non-refundable

AIR TRANSPORTATION FROM DEPARTING U.S. GATEWAY
- The roundtrip airfare included in the tour price is based on the excursion rate in effect at the time of printing and is subject to change.
- Air tickets: Cancellations and refunds are governed by the tariff applying to the airfare and/or other tariffs of the airlines concerned. Airfare is non-refundable once ticketed.
BAGGAGE FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT
- One (1) piece of checked baggage is allowed, by the airline, in Economy class and Two (2) pieces in Premium Economy and Business class provided that the total combined dimensions (length × width × height) does not exceed 62 inches.
- Maximum weight not to exceed 50 pounds in Economy class and Premium Economy and 70 pounds in Business class.
- Airline baggage fees will apply for extra bags and overweight bags.
- Carry-on baggage must not exceed 45 inches and must conform to the under seat shape of 9 × 14 × 22 inches with a maximum weight of 17 pounds.
- One personal bag (backpack, purse, or similar).
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
- 5-Star hotels are provided on the basis of two persons sharing a room with private bath. TRAVEX reserves the right to substitute hotels of the same category when necessary.
- Single Room: A limited number of single rooms are available at a supplement. A tour participant must pay this supplement when he/she is the sole occupant of assigned accommodation. Please note that the term “single” refers to a person traveling alone and not as reference to marital status.
- Shared Room: If a roommate is requested and one cannot be confirmed prior to the tour, the tour participant must pay the single supplement in order to receive final documents. If TRAVEX succeeds in finding a roommate, but one of the parties intending to share the room cancels, the remaining party must pay the single room supplement. Neither TRAVEX nor EMIC assumes responsibility for roommate assignments that are not compatible.
- TRAVEX and its subagents reserve the right to substitute hotels of the same category when necessary for the proper handling of the tour.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND SPECIAL ASSISTANCE
- Tour participants should be in good health and able to climb stairs without assistance, walk at a moderate pace on cobblestone streets and uneven ground on a daily basis.
Any limitation requiring special attention with needs in walking, dining, getting on and off motor coaches and other transportation vehicles or other such requirements should be communicated to TRAVEX at time of booking your reservation.
If you have a medical condition, mobility limitation, are pregnant or use medical devices that can affect your travel, please consult your physician, and obtain a travel release before confirming your reservation.
Travelers who need special assistance must be accompanied by a qualified companion who can provide needed assistance throughout the tour.
TRAVEX reserves the right to refuse booking, without liability, if in their sole discretion, the trip is deemed too strenuous for participant.
RESPONSIBILTY
- This tour is arranged by TRAVEX, Israel Travel Experts – 8 Shamai St., Jerusalem Israel 9102302 and Eagle Mountain International Church. All tickets and coupons governing transportation and other services and facilities furnished, are issued by TRAVEX, only as such agents for such other companies furnishing such services and facilities, and neither they nor their sub-agents shall be held liable for loss or damage to property or injury to the person caused by reason of any defect by any transportation company, agent or any such party provided such services.
- In addition and without limitation, TRAVEX, EMIC and its sub-agents are not responsible for any injury, loss, inconvenience, delay, damage, or death, to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services, whether resulting from, but not limited to acts of God, force majeure, illness, pandemic, epidemic disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, physical activity (to include walking, hiking, climbing or swimming) participated in by tour participant. Any medical expense incurred by tour participant while on this tour is the full and sole responsibility of the participant.
- TRAVEX, EMIC, and its sub-agents, are not responsible for overbooking or change of class of service by the airline, mechanical or other failure of aircraft or other means of transportation, or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. The airlines concerned are not to be held liable for any act, omission, or event during the time the passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. The passage contract in use by the airlines concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airlines and the purchaser of this tour.
- TRAVEX, EMIC and its sub-agents reserve the right to withdraw services and make changes and alterations to the itinerary or trip component at any time and for any reason as may be necessary, in their judgment, for the proper handling of the tour with or without notice and or to substitute airlines, hotels of similar category, and if TRAVEX and EMIC shall not be liable for any such changes.
- TRAVEX, EMIC and its sub-agents are not responsible for any missed flights and/or missed connecting flights.
- If, due to weather conditions, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors, it would be necessary to spend an additional night or nights, tour participants will be responsible for their hotel, hotel transfers and meal costs. Baggage is entirely at owner’s risk.
- The right is reserved to decline to accept prospective participant or participant as a member of this tour at any time. In any such event TRAVEX’s sole obligation is to refund any unused accommodation or other unused trip component.
- Participant certifies not to have any mental, physical, or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for himself/herself or other passengers.
- To maintain a positive and cohesive group experience, TRAVEX and EMIC reserve the right to accept, decline, or remove any participant whose behavior is considered disruptive or incompatible with the group. Any costs incurred as a result will be the responsibility of the passenger.
GOVERNING AND JURISDICTION
- This Registration Form and any services booked hereunder and any dispute, claim or controversy arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the services booked, the travel arrangements provided, or the relationship between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Jerusalem, Israel, and the parties hereby irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
